Which insurance companies are you in network with?
University of Utah Health Plans:
Healthy Premier – A provider network for employer groups in Utah and Southeastern Idaho. It is also available on the Utah individual Marketplace exchange.
Healthy Preferred – A provider network for employer groups along the Wasatch Front from Cache to Utah counties and Summit to Tooele counties.
U Health Plans – A narrow commercial provider network offered within Salt Lake County & Davis County only.

Sliding Scale Fees
Session fees vary by therapist. If you’re unable to pay the full rate, we offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments through our sliding scale program. Sliding scale rates are determined by financial need and current availability, and may differ from the standard fee range listed above.
We also provide a Pay What You Can Program, designed to make short-term therapy accessible to individuals from marginalized communities who face financial barriers to mental health care. If you think you may qualify, we invite you to apply using the link below.
We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, and checks.
If you are uninsured or paying out of pocket, you’re entitled to request a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs before starting services.
